We currently deliver to the following locations:

If your location is outside our delivery zone, we may not be able to fulfil the order.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 30–60 minutes, depending on order size, kitchen load, and distance.
  • During peak hours, festivals, or bad weather, delivery may take longer. We will notify you in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Occasional free-delivery promotions may be available.

4. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to our kitchen for preparation.
  • Orders cannot be modified once preparation has begun.

5. Self Pickup

  • Customers may choose the Self Pickup option at checkout.
  • A pickup time will be shared, and your order will be ready at our counter.

6. Delivery Partners

We use both in-house delivery staff and trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure fast and safe delivery.
For orders placed through platforms like Swiggy or Zomato, their delivery terms apply.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery agent will attempt to contact you if the address is unclear or unreachable.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, the payment will not be refunded.

8. Food Quality & Safety

All orders are packed using safe, hygienic, and eco-friendly materials wherever possible. We take necessary steps to ensure food reaches you hot and fresh.

9. Special Instructions

We try our best to follow special instructions (such as low spice, extra gravy, no onions, etc.). However, during peak hours, some requests may not be guaranteed.
