At Sampurna Restaurant, we prioritize customer satisfaction and work hard to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 5–10 minutes of placing them, as long as food preparation has not begun.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 9625422251.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The order was incomplete.
  • The food was spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
  • The order was cancelled by the restaurant due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • You changed your mind after the food has been prepared or dispatched.
  • The issue arose due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out within 2 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

5. Returns

As food items are perishable, we typically do not accept returns.

6. Orders via Delivery Partners

For orders placed through third-party apps (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), refund and cancellation policies of the respective platform will apply. Please reach out to their support teams directly.
